From nowhere they started taking money EACH week from her. It started with like 6 dollars and 2 weeks later she had 2 payments the same day. One was about 50 dollars and the other one was over 65 dollars. When we tried to cancel the subscription, we needed to call a number to proceed the cancellation. The number was registered in SWEDEN but woman that answered was talking in English and didn't understand anything I said. After 30 minutes of talking, she couldn't help and she hung up. Then when I tried calling again the same woman hung up again. Right now we can't cancel the subscription so we need to go to the bank and delete the whole card and make a new one.
